Biography
Miss Ruh started training in karate in 2018 at Action Karate Nazareth and earned her First Degree Black Belt in 2021. She is a graduate of Liberty High School in Bethlehem and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from DeSales University in 2014. She then worked as an Exercise Specialist for 8 years, specializing in Medical Fitness and working with a variety of patients, such as collegiate athletes, bariatric, geriatric, and those recovering from surgeries. In 2021 she became the Enrollment Director for Action Karate Bethlehem. “I love helping each child reach their personal goals. The martial arts gives opportunities for development in all aspects of life that other activities don’t and I love being a part of that small chapter in each of our student’s lives.” Her favorite pastimes include hanging out with her family, including her beloved dog Blue, cross stitching, hiking, and paddle boarding.
